About Us
Motivated by a will to contribute to a sustainable and empowering future for the next generation, Love to Birth provides quality, environmentally responsible services that help people and communities to reclaim a love for birth.
Mieke lives in Bellingen with her 4 children and is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Law. She is passionate about supporting women and their families during birth and combines her skills as a Homoeopath and as a Musician to provide a comprehensive Doula service, assisting families during pregnancy, birth and post birth. |

In 2003, Mieke established the Coffs Coast Maternity Action Group to campaign for a publicly funded antenatal clinic for the area. She is currently coordinator of the much loved Pre and Postnatal Support Group ‘Bellingen Baby’. Love to Birth services Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and surrounds." The births of my beautiful babies have given me many insights into life, nature and humanity. Over time these ideas have formed the ‘Love to Birth’ concept. Loving to Birth is about embracing the physical and emotional transitions that take place during birth. It is my belief that love is a key that unlocks the secrets of birth and life. Through practicing love, honesty, kindness, compassion and sensitivity, many women are finding that they can experience birth as exhilarating, joyous and empowering.
